I’ve bought Johnson’s paint before so I knew whichever paint colour I chose I didn’t need to worry about coverage. Argos was actually cheaper than other retailers so that was an extra bonus on top of the great colour I picked for my project. Lovely finish
Bought this a couple of weeks ago, painted skirting boards in bathroom gives a lovely satin finish, was worried it would not be enough because of size of tin, but hardly used a lot, will be using in living room, I like the colour dark grey it will compliment the light grey walls in living room. Good paint, covers well and dries fast. Good price too. The only negative it that the tin lid is a bit soft so makes it rockier to open as the rim bends easily. The paint inside is very good though

The supplier has advised the following for the Johnstone's Quick Dry Satin Paint 750ML - Urban Sky:
Its not advisable to apply a water-based paint straight over old oil-based surface.
I would suggest the surface is sanded to provide a key breaking the seal of the old coating.
Once sanded and dust particles brush off, I would suggest Johnstones fast dry primer / undercoat .
