Delivery was quick unfortunately there was few defects with mattress, splits on sides,customer services at jay be were great new mattress delivered that’s all fine, comfy mattress and good support

Soft but comfortable

Had this a couple of weeks. Unusual mattress. Very soft when you sit on the edge but feels firmer o ce you lay on it andni deed very comfortable. Softer than I usually go for but seems to be doing the job/ no aches or pains. Doesn't have any artificial smell so generally happy. Dissatisfied with delivery system. Didn't contact me to arrange delivery just got a text message 7.30pm in the evening to say delivering the next day. Arranged redelivery online. System said it would be the day after when someone home. Sadly delivered the next day. No o e was home and sat out in the rain. It was rolled and vacuumed packed so no damage to matress itself but anyone could have stollen it.... no system for speaking to a real person?

Super comfy, great for hot weather

With the recurrent heat waves my memory foam mattress just wasn't working for me. So I gave the Jaybe mattress a chance, it's special efabric is made out of recycled polyester and with 2 layers of springs, the ventilation is super, it keeps me cool at night while cushioning all my sore bits. It's a great mattress if you want something comfortable, cool and eco friendly.

Good mattress

I put quite a lot of thought into deciding on the mattress. I wanted to get one with oeko-tex certification spring that harmful chemicals have not been used. Jay-be seem to be innovating in sustainable mattress production. It seems comfortable and good quality. The only minor thing I could say against it is that, by the time it has a fitted sheet on, is a little more rounded in the edges of the top than some mattresses. Overall very happy with it though.

I purchased this ‘Bamboo Hybrid 2000 Mattress by the brand Jay-Be in the size Double and I absolutely love it. This amazing mattress has been designed to give you all night freshness and comfort while being sustainable. The product comes tightly vacuum sealed in a long rectangular box to make it easier to transport from the store to your home. There are many incredible features, for example the mattress is built up of layers of comfort from a bamboo enhanced better cotton surface, a super soft comfort layer of blended plant based fibres which is infused with bamboo. Bamboo is a great natural feature as it is makes the product breathable, odour free, refreshing and comfortable. It is also 100% Foam free, advance e-fibre, deep e pocket springs and much more. To use this product simply, lie your rolled mattress onto your bed frame then cut the plastic seal to allow the bed to spring open. Once it has been fully inflated, remove the plastic protection wrap. Upon using this super comfortable and dreamy mattress, I would describe it as high quality, strong and thick. My favourite part about this product must definitely be how well it supports my body and how relaxed I have been since I have been using it. I would highly recommend this product to everyone especially individuals who suffer with skin allergies like eczema as the smooth surface helps to reduce friction and irritation which is incredible.
