About this product
This Complete Groom Comb kit contains everything you need to keep your pets looking their best at home. This kit contains a mains operated clipper with adjustable taper arm and attachment combs for a variation of cutting lengths (3mm-25mm). The lightweight and quiet mini trimmer is comfortable to use and ideal for noise sensitive dogs around their face, ears and paws. This kit is designed to cut wiry, smooth, long, silky and short coats at home.
The Clipper has a powerful motor and precision ground, high carbon steel blades for optimum performance, without snagging or leaving clipper tracks.
The ergonomic design with rubberised grip allows for comfortable continuous handling.

It does a pretty good (though very amateur !) job on our Shitsu, although the box shows that it's not meant to be suitable for our dog's type of fur, - but doesn't say which of their clippers might be better ?

Not Suitable for Cocker Spaniel's
Not Suitable for Cocker spaniels, the dog was thoroughly washed, dried and brushed before using the Clippers. I have experience using Clippers and only bought these because my very old ones finally died. The smaller trimmer that comes in the kit was useless, the battery cover is not secure enough and falls off during use.

After checking for you, the Tibetan terriers has a wooly undercoat, The top coat is typically softer than the undercoat. It can vary in texture, ranging from soft to hard.
This kit is designed to cut wiry, smooth, long, silky and short coats. I would therefore, advise you to check with a profession breeder or groomer before using these clippers.

Hi Jay, the Wahl Complete Groom Dog Clipper & Pet Trimmer Kit is fitted with a screw on blade so you are unable to snap this on and off. If a new blade is needed then you will need to unscrew the two screws at the the base of the blade and replace. I hope this helps and thank you for using Argos Q & A.
