Very good slow cooker
Used 5 times in three weeks. Only thing different from my old one is that low heat is quite a bit hotter so cooks faster. Just needs getting Used to. Love the fact that you can alter the cooking time whilst cooking. Holds lots of food and automatically goes to warm when cooked to keep food warm for hours.

Good slow cooker
Ideal capacity for up to 6 portions so good for batch cooking. Can fit a 1.5kg joint of meat in. Easy to use & like the automatic reverting to warm when cooking time is over. Doesn't seem as sturdy as the one I replaced but that doesn't impact it's performance. Good price. Pleased with purchase.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Crockpot 3.5L Digital Slow Cooker - Black: this model is not designed to be remotely started, including through smart plugs such as Alexa‑controlled ones.
To begin cooking, the appliance requires you to manually select the temperature setting and manually set the cooking time using the control panel buttons on the unit.

The inner bowl is made of ceramics, which can be fully removed from the aluminum warming unit. Really great idea
The product description says ceramic in one breath, and aluminium coated with non-stick in another.
What a contradiction and nobody seems to give a logical answer. Buyer beware!
