If your daughter is below the minimum height of 135cm it wouldn't be suitable.

“ Our Booster Basic R129 is height based and is suitable from a minimum of 135cm to a maximum of 150cm. This is approximately aged 7 to 12 years.
If little one is under 135cm then this is not suitable. ”

This measures H21.1, W42.5, D36.8cm. Whether it will fit in the middle back seat with room for other car seats on either side depends on the specific dimensions of your car’s back seat. Thanks for your query about the Graco R129 Basic Booster Car Seat.
This is suitable for children of a height of between 135 and 150cm as long as their weight is also between 22kg to 36kg. It’s not suitable for children who do not fit within all of the required parameters.

The supplier has advised the following for the Graco R129 Basic Booster Car Seat:
"We can confirm that we do not recommend placing any child in front of an active air bag. However, we advise that you check your vehicle manual regarding which seats are permitted in the front passenger position and also instructions regarding airbag use as these can differ greatly between vehicles."
(It's as much if not more about the placing of the seat, and therefore the child too, next to an active airbag as much as it's about the direction it'd be set to face).
