Very fast when u put into 3.0 usb but when in lower than that it can be a bit slow also is only 1800gb not 2k

Great portable hard drive
Have used this hard drive for several weeks now. It uses a cable type which I have not come across before, but is included in the box and has a standard USB-A on the end to plug into your pc or other device. I’m not sure if this may be the reason that it seems to transfer faster than another brand of hard drive I have been using, but I have found its performance very good. Also, unlike the other hard drive I have used it is more efficient in the space files take-as in the ‘space on disk’ is not much greater than the file size of the data saved. This may reflect more on the quality of the other drive than this, but over all it has been perfect for what I needed it and has performed much better than another brand I have been using.
