The Reflex Active Series 17 Smart Watch is a Bluetooth-enabled calling smartwatch designed for hands-free connectivity and fitness tracking. Make and receive calls directly from your wrist while staying on top of notifications, messages and music control. The plastic case houses an LCD touchscreen that provides quick access to weather updates, GPS tracking and smartphone alerts, all through an intuitive interface that keeps you connected throughout the day.
Track your heart rate during workouts to stay in your optimal zone, monitor sleep patterns, and log steps, distance and calories burned. The Reflex Active Series 17 includes health reminders to keep you hydrated and moving, acting as a personal wellness companion. How many steps!
I bought this for my friend as a present, as she lost her watch charging dock. She prefers this make and model better than the expensive one she had before, because the battery lasts longer, it has an easy to understand screen .it was really easy to connect to the phone. The sensors work well and track her vitals well. I can see this lasting a long time as its design is robust.

To view your past data, open the app and select the relevant section, such as Activity, where you can see your step count. From there, you can choose to view your steps by day, week, or month.

You can add up to 8 alarms, unfortunately they are unable to be named.
