Great Value for Money !
I simply can't rate this watch/fit bit highly enough especially the functions it provides for the money. It is very easy to get started using it and the App. is a joy to use. My Seiko watch is back at Seiko for a new automatic movement and service and I basically wanted something to tell the time. Rather than buy a new cheap watch to do me until my other one is returned I decided on a fit bit instead and I'm really glad I did. If I had any criticism it would be that it doesn't tell you your blood pressure but I can certainly live without that. For the money this is the best value I have had with all my recent purchases. I can certainly recommend this fitness tracker.

Not a sports watch but good value for what it is.
This is a replacement for a Series 23 that I accidentally drowned after 3-4 years of good service. I took the cheapest option from the range this time and both the 23 and the 16 do the trick for me. I need a watch that holds its charge, has a bright enough display for me to read in the dark without my glasses, is cheap to replace if damaged, and does not interest phone thieves when I go to London. All those boxes are ticked for me. I use a Polar chest strap with iPhone app for exercise, so don't need a sports watch. Subject to correction by the manufacturer or other users, I believe the following features are NOT provided: * GPS tracking * Compatibility with Polar, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple or Strava applications * Suitability for swimming * Continuous heart rate recording It does provide a daily step count and converts it into a distance at a stride length of about 0.8 metres. It compared fairly well with my iPhone step count. Step count resets at midnight leaving no record that I can find The watch is controlled by the Reflex Active app (which is not an exercise monitor like Strava either). You don't need to be connected to it all the time unless you want to use the special features (which I don't). You will need to use the app to adjust the time both initially and if you travel to other time zones. It simply synchronises with your phone soon after you open the app. Some reviews criticise the charging frequency. Using it as I do, i.e. without continuous linkage to my phone for call and SMS notification, without heart rate monitoring, with all power saving options selected and a 5 second display, I can often get 2 weeks out of a charge and never less than a week. It may help that I only wear it for about 8 hours a day which I imagine will reduce accelerometer demand. So strongly recommended as a cheap second watch and step counter, but unsurprisingly not equivalent to a full fat sports watch at ten times the price.

Very long life battery, dial nice size easliy readable, nice snart watch/tracker, only given 4 star cause Q a A's say sleep mode can be set to your iwn time of bedtime, but you can't, its preset for sleep after 10om, good watch for price though.
