Poor packaging and performance
The package was damaged and they refused to change it, the device doesn't support charging-through (attached to your phone and connecting it to the wall charger so both devices charge at the same time) it didn't work with me and I tried three phones 12max, 16 pro, and s24 ultra

“Cool” product but…
“Cool” product which doesn’t keep cool as it can get hot, resulting in the iPhone telling you it’s overheated. So it doesn’t charge consistently. I ended up returning it which is a shame cause it was convenient and the stand was very useful.
