The Challenge 21L Capacity Double Pannier Bike Bag helps you carry more without the discomfort of wearing a loaded backpack. Its twin-bag design balances weight evenly across both sides, whilst the snap-shut covers let you grab what you need during stops. Reflective strips add visibility when you're riding after dark.
It's designed to fit most standard bike racks with a mounting system that attaches and removes without tools. Each bag features side pockets with YKK zipper closure for smaller items like keys or a phone. The bags are splashproof to protect contents during light rain. Multiple reflective strips improve visibility to other road users from different angles.

Replacement panniers, very pleased with them. Lightweight, sturdy and plenty of room. Love the small side pocket, handy for phone and purse. Drawstring inner a great touch. Overall very happy.

A well made, very useful bargain.
Only bought this a week ago, but it's an absolute bargain at the price. Time will tell re how well it wears. I don't intend to get it wet often, but it seems very well made and looks great and the design is very well thought out. The attachments are quick and easy and hold on to the rack very well. The elasticated strap on each side is very useful to stop it banging around on the sides when riding, or in windy conditions. I expect it to be pretty tough and splashproof. I am very satisfied with it overall and delighted I chose it. Surprising how much you can fit in it and it will be incredibly useful. Highly recommend it.

Exceptional value
I wasn't sure whether I would get used to Paniers on my bike, (Balance etc) but so these Challenge 21 panniers for just Ā£15 and thought why not? Glad I did, they are great, plenty big enough for what I need, taking packed lunch, camping stove and brewing up stuff on a bike ride. I was really surprised at the quality, particularly for the price. Fitted to the rack in less than a minute. loaded up and set off, Can't even notice they are there when riding. Definitely recommended.

Very pleased with these panniers. They're sturdy and well made, easy to attach and they hold a supermarket shop easily! I like the side zip pockets and the drawstring top, I can fit the shopping in then secure it with the drawstring then pull the cover over. Excellent!

Each bag is Approx 30cm long, 25cm deep and 15cm wide.
So real world is 2 bags of approx 10L each, say 21L total.
The given 33x30x41 is at best meaningless.
