Basic but inexpensive
Reasonable quality although some loose threads had to be tied off, particularly on the reflective strips, else they could have come off. Could do with more pockets because it doesn't have as many as my old, actually cheaper, panniers. Can't yet say if they are waterproof.

Ripped on first use
I bought these for a bike packing trip. It got me through the weekend but the collar at the top got a big rip on day 1. I suppose it was worth the £15, and maybe it's okay for commuting, but ultimately I would not recommend.

I am very happy with my purchase. I used my paniers for the first time on holiday and they were great. They hold loads of stuff and appear to be waterproof. Easy to fix to the bike. Can't fault them for the price. I don't know how they would stand up to continual use, but for occasional use they are fine.

Connectors placed at 90degrees wrong
I have altered the placement of the connectors that connect the inside of the panniers to the side of the rack. They were neat, but not functional. I’m not sure if the manufacturer had actually ever attached panniers to a bike! However, they are useful and easily attached at the top, two attachments for the front of the rack and two for the rear. Easy access to our belongings. Just a pity that the toggles were placed incorrectly.
