Brilliant product..!
I bought 2 of these to help dry freshly plastered walls, they have worked non stop for 2 weeks now with no issues, the hose feature is great for continous drainage. Noise is very low, on the display you can change the humidity and what speed to have the fan on. Compact and doesn't take up much space.

Great dehumidifier
Amazing! Small and lightweight compared to my older dehumidifier but collects a huge amount of condensation. I’ve only used it on the lower setting and don’t find it too noisy. I’m very impressed with it. I like the digital display too which shows room temperature and humidity level. I will be purchasing another one of these when it’s back on sale!

Noisy but good water extraction
Great water extraction. You must lift the flap up so the vent is exposed to suck the water in. Unfortunately the instructions do not say that. Very noisy on high mode but we switch it off before bedtime.

Easy to move and efficient
The main factor for buying this was that it was on castors. I have osteoporosis and can't lift heavy weights. This model is so easy to move around. Plus it's very quiet - even on full speed it doesn't make much noise.

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with your Princess 10L Dehumidifier. Please try the following.
Power - Press once to switch the appliance on, press again to switch the appliance to standby.
Power indicator – Illuminates when the appliance is plugged in.
Setting – Press the setting icon to adjust the humidity level between 40% and 80% in 5% intervals.

Try pressing the setting button so that it's lower than the humidity shown by the 2 left numbers on the display when you power up.

Having checked I can see you can just plug this in and turn the unit on. You can then set the humidity level, if you chose to change it, by using the dials on the control panel.

You are quite likely to want to use it in a bathroom but by law there are no sockets in bathrooms. Obviously TURN IT OFF AND REMOVE IT before you are bathing. But after, a dehumidifier will remove damp and possibly prevent mould.
