Heavy dehumidifier
The dehumidifier is okay. I haven't connected it to WiFi as when reading the policy it collects far too much private information ie name address, date of birth, email, and phone number. The unit is heavy and the castors don't always go in the direction you wish.

This Dehumidifier Works Really Well
I bought this for our upstairs bedrooms, it's a great Dehumidifier, control it on my phone or through the Alexa App. Set-up was very easy to do (if I can do it, anyone can). I would have given it a 5* , the down side is it's quite noisy so cannot use it throughout the night, so run it in the day. Other than this it's brilliant.

Great product
This dehumidifier is so easy to use and you can have it set up on the app if you're that way inclined. It's a bit noisier than I expected when on the fast setting but it certainly circulated the air around and dries out a room very quickly. Only negative is that there's no way of seeing how much water is in the tank. Definitely recommend this product.

A great purchase
I purchased the dehumidifier just after Christmas and I am very happy with this product. It has helped me reduce the humidity in my home significantly — there is much less moisture and the walls are now dry. It is definitely worth the price and I would happily recommend it to others. I especially like that it connects to my phone, so I can turn it on from anywhere, even when I am at work. It also looks very stylish. Overall, it has been a great purchase.

Not so smart.
As a dehumidifier it’s ok but the smart functions have left me frustrated. It connected ok at first but I had to disconnect it and when I tried reconnecting it now just refuses and gives me an error. There is no way to factory reset it and Princess absolve themselves of any responsibility for the first year. It’s heavy and I don’t want to have to lug it back to Argos just because of this issue which should be easy to fix. Very poor.

Good but expensive to run
I bought this about 3 weeks ago. It works well, but is a lot more expensive to run than expected. When running, smart meter is constantly on orange and the cost soars. Currently only using it when cooking for this reason.

Don't buy its laundry capabilities.
I bought this to replace an aging Meaco. I wanted the function to be able to run it from a timer. Sadly I've been disappointed in comparison. The Meaco is just too good. Yes it was twice the price but that was in 2019. So I was expecting better. Dehumidifiers are very underrated in my opinion. Every home should have one. This one I think is idea for a small house and it's constantly run in the background. If you want to dry washing overnight buy something with more power. I've kept this one but for drying clothes I'll bring out the big boy. It's a better investment than a tumble drier so spend decent tumble drier money. It will save you money, mild and allergies. Forgot to say the app isn't great. A reason it's a 3 star. Issues could be fixed with and update and then it would be a four star machine.

Great, but noisy
So far so good. It’s noisy on the high setting, but I’m using it overnight so can’t hear it from another room. The air blowing can be quite chilly as well. But if I leave it on all day I can get up to 7 pints of water from it, so it’s a decent dehumidifier.

From the details in the manual on page 8 it advises:
Swing – When the unit is in operation, touch the swing icon to activate
the swing feature, the swing indicator will illuminate and the air outlet
cover will swing up and down continuously to circulate the air. Press
the icon again to deactivate the swing feature.

There are no different modes on this model, only low or high fan speed for the dehumidifier. There is no fan only or laundry mode. Argos has misadvertised there being 3 settings. Argos, you need to change this.

This is incorrect Argos, it does come with a small drain hose of around 1 meter, but is very short. Your answer is wrong. Please amend.
