What a disappointment
This was a disappointment. It was the right size, easy to fit and looked lovely, but even after an hour on Level 3 (maximum) it hardly warmed the bed. On the lower levels (1 and 2) it didn't do anything, so I have returned it and will buy a different brand. What a waste of time going backwards and forwards...

Effective under-blanket
Great under-blanket. 3 heat settings - I always put it on 3 and its 'Goldilocks' heat, not too hot but definitely effective. I turn it on 15-30 minutes before getting into bed so it heats up, and nice to know it'll automatically turn off if it ever overheated and I forgot to turn it off manually. Nicely quilted for comfort; it's designed to not go the full length of the bed as it's not supposed to be under your pillows, but I don't mind. For info as I don't think its in the description, the cords attaches to the blanket on the right side of the bed.

I am pleased with the product, it keeps my bed warm, but as an "over blanket" it's rigid and stiff, not comfortable to have it on top of the beddings , I have to fold it away before getting into bed.

The edges of the blanket were felt underneath the sheet. Did not fall flat. May level off with use. The bed took quite a long time to warm up, and could have been warmer. Another level would be good. Four temperatures instead of three.

Single: 80 x 150 cm
Double: 120 x 150 cm
Please note that these blankets are not full mattress size. The electric blanket is designed to sit toward the bottom of the bed, as it is unnecessary to have the electric blanket under your pillow.

It is not advised to use the blanket if any liquid or water has been spilt on the blanket. If liquid has been spilt, unplug the blanket immediately and allow to dry.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Slumberdown Comfy Cosy Nights Electric Blanket - Single.
The electrical standard changed halfway through the year, meaning this leaflet needed to be added to all electric blankets.
This was due to people falling asleep while the blanket was on the highest heat setting.
You can keep you blanket on while in bed, but when your ready for sleep you need to set you controller unit to the lowest heat setting for all night use.
