The water treatment tablets should be used with a Bestway 5in Chemical Floater, which slowly releases them into a pool to keep it consistently clean. As with all chemical products, instructions and warnings should be carefully read and followed. Thankfully the container of 1kg Multifunction Mini Tablets is clearly labelled with warnings and precautions that should be heeded at all times.

This is dependant on the water capacity and how often the pool is used, whether the pool has a pump or a heater being used (which move the water around dissolving the tablet more quickly)
For a pool with 500 litres of water, only a small amount of chemicals is required - we would recommend that 1 tablet would be required to be used each time. We would recommend you set the Pool Chemical Floater / Dispenser to low and use Dip Tests to check the quality of the water each day.
The PH Levels / Alkalinity Levels should be monitored with the Dip Stick test Strips each day / every other day.
Depending on the result of the dip tests you can then adjust how frequently you use the tablets to reach the desired levels. Further information regarding the target water levels should be included within the instructions within the packaging for the Multi Function Tablets and also the Dip Test Sticks.”

The supplier has advised the following on the Clearwater Hot Tub Multifunction Tablets:
“There are a couple of variables which will impact how often the chemicals need to be used making it hard to provide a 1 solution fits all answer…
E.g how often the pool is used, whether the pool has a pump or a heater being used (which move the water around dissolving the tablet more quickly)
The Multifunction Tablets should be inserted into a Pool Chemical Floater / Dispenser to slowly release the chemicals into the Pool (rather than putting the tablets directly into the pool)
For example, a pool with 500 litres of water, only a small amount of chemicals is required - we would recommend that 1 tablet would be required to be used each time.
