The Standard battery lasts for 2hrs 40 mins.
The Low Light image enhancement mode will automatically adjust the image parameter's to deliver good low light shotes. When used in conjunction with the EIS priority (Low light), the cameras low noise sensor and wide dynamic range ensure good quality night images.
Yes, there is a waterproof housing available for the camera from the manufacturer. The camera itself is waterproof to 18M.

"No. the stick can control the camera. But Osmo Action 4 supports voice commands in English. It's recommended to use voice control within one meter from the camera in a relatively quiet environment."
It does the following English commands:

This depends on then rock steady setting or horizon level setting as the image is zoomed in slightly with these settings already.

Osmo works fine with go pro chest mount - def the chesty v2 . The DJI magnetic attachments have a GoPro style mount that you put a screw through. Only difference is the two tabs are longer so the cam will be slightly further from the mount

No you have to buy that separately! The accessories you get are clearly stated in the product description. Can pick those up on temu for cheap which is what I did
