Waste of money charged doesn’t last
I brought this as a replace to my other toothbrush and the charge is terrible, it has not lasted a week and I don’t feel it cleans my teeth compared to my old toothbrush. Wish I never changed it but had to as battery life run out and had it for quite sometime now. We definitely not recommend this toothbrush to family or friends. Brought as a duo pack so one for my partner and his opinion is the same what a waste of money

My wife bought me this toothbrush at Christmas 2024 and I have only started using it this month September 2025. The two pronged plug is not an issue as there are many things out there the same and most households have an adapter. Being my first electric toothbrush I find it quite good, agree that when wet the handle is not the best but getting used to it. Does seem to take an age to charge as well as not lasting as long as I expected. I don't notice the 30 second pulse, wasn't even aware it would do that and last night seemed to have plenty life in it but just stopped mid clean. 3

Replacing my broken Oral-B toothbrush should be straight forward. This model has a smooth handle that makes it difficult to use if it gets wet. The motor seems to struggle towards the end of each clean. The pulses indicating 'time to change position' are not very distinctive from normal operation feel. Charging time is very long, normally about 24 hours and charge duration is not very long/good either approx 34 minutes between charges. The low battery LED indicator only comes on when a few seconds of application remain, much better if this was a minute or two before total shutdown. As I mentioned I've had Oral-B toothbrushes before but this model seems to have a number of design flaws - choose another version.

Never switches off!
I've just bought this 2 days ago and it doesn't switch off after 2 minutes of brushing! Also, there are no explanations about the 3 levels of brushing and my head feels like it's being shook up, the brushing is quite aggressive - not a nice feeling at all. This is not my first etb. Previously had a Colgate brand for many years!

The reason I'm giving this a 1 star is because it doesn't come with a 3 pronged plug meaning I can't even charge it without buying an adapter. Very misleading packaging it doesn't mention this anywhere on the box. I would have chosen another brand had I known this. Left a bad taste

Thought I had bought an up market brush to my old one but wish I had not bothered except for charging light. There is no grip enhancer on this model so when wet, which is inevitable, it slips and slides out of hand. Also the on off button is only slightly depressed instead of being proud which makes it hard to detect and use.

The toothbrush is doing just fine thank you. I only use it for when I go away a weekends quiet often and it gives a good result.
I have just bought this model and mine has a flashing light to show low battery. It continues to flash until fully charged.

You do, the front light near the bottom of the brush will blink green until fully charged which you will see the bold green light
