These cameras are definitely worth every penny!! They may be more expensive than other cheaper brands, but the quality is so much better. They do not reflect off of windows at night like other brands (which we have purchased in the past and have been a complete waste of money) There is a Ring subscription, but this is a minimal monthly fee, for what you get to monitor your security. The audio alone on these cameras is very clear. We are very happy with our multiple purchases of black cameras (new colour) and definitely recommend.

I’ve been using the Ring Indoor Camera (2nd Gen) for a few weeks, and I’m really happy with it! The video quality is sharp, even at night, and the motion alerts come through quickly. I love that it has a privacy cover - I can slide it shut when I don’t want it recording, which gives real peace of mind. Setup was super easy with the Ring app, and the compact design fits nicely on a shelf. The two-way talk feature is surprisingly clear too - perfect for checking in on pets or talking to family. The only small downside is that some features need a Ring Protect subscription, but even without it, the camera performs great. After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Ring Indoor Camera (2nd Gen) - White Security Camera: The Ring Indoor camera will emit a visible infrared light at night to enable night vision recording however it appears as a red dot as opposed to a full bright white light.
