Terrible Satnav – Don’t Waste Your Money
I purchased this satnav two weeks ago, and it has been nothing but problems from day one. On the very first use, it gave me incorrect directions and was extremely slow to respond. When I tried to turn it off, the screen froze and kept spinning. The next day the battery was completely drained, even though I hadn’t used it. Things got worse on the second day when the device kept freezing and becoming unresponsive. I had to restart it several times, but it never worked properly. By the third day I decided enough was enough and returned it to the shop for a refund. Overall, this product is unreliable, frustrating to use, and not fit for purpose. I strongly recommend avoiding it and looking for a better-quality satnav instead.

Great features
I bought this item about a month ago. Fairly new HGV Driver got my licence around 2023 started doing chemical driving so wanted a tom tom with HGV and ADR features which it has so helps me to get round much easier in a 32tonne

Yes sat nav a good all round buy. Price not bad remember this sat nav does car's, van's, caravans and HGV . Put your specifications in and go simple, peace of mind.

Hello, I just bought a tomtom go expert plus 7 inch yesterday and unfortunately there is no leather case for my navigation device.

After checking with the manufacturers, I can confirm this TomTom GO Expert Plus 6 Inch Truck HGV Sat Nav does not come with the storage case.
Only the GO Expert Plus Premium Pack 7-inch Sat Nav comes with Premium Leather Carry Case.
