Great printer poor after sales service
Purchased in December 2025 as my previous HP printer was 7 years old. The latest is much improved. However i must say that i have been very disappointed with the after sales service and would seriously consider not purchasing another replacement due to the poor after sales.

A must avoid printer.
Printer wouldn't connect to HP+ app and wouldn't print emails despite printing the test page. Returned for a full refund. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product. I've since bought a Canon printer which is far superior.

This is an excellent printer
A replacement for my 25 year old HP printer that gave up the ghost I struggled a bit loading the software on the internet but that was from my inexperience of the process having always used a CD to load it. It works great and is a upgrade on my old one. If it last as long and carries on working as well as it does now. i will be very pleased but it is a hard act to follow.

This doesn't have bluetooth but once connected to the home network the app can be used for free. If you have the latest version of the operating system on the tablet then the app will be supported.

I haven't tried: ) simply save to a hyper drive - if you have one and use the 'Save As' option you'll be ok.
