Good product
Had this 2 weeks. There was confusion on weather it's hard wired to mains or plug in. I've used it with a length of flex wire. Earth ,neutral and live. There is a connection block and it's a case of screwing into that a bit like a plug. Instructions on this are clear. Then it's like any other lamp. There are a few "dip" switches to set duration and light sensitivity. In ranges eg 3-5min etc. This is a bit confusing for me. A adjustable knob like any other pir lamp would of been easier. But it was set as I wanted it as default settings. Overall tho very good. Easy to install. Flex is not included in the box. Buy seperatly. 3 core earth, neutral and live. Then it's a lamp with a plug on the end screwed to the wall. Good amount of light enough to see clearly like an old fashioned 60 watt approximately. My colour was warm white light. It's not harsh and softer on the eyes. A slight yellowish. Good.

Fit for purpose.
I wanted an LED lamp to replace an old bulkhead style fitting. Easy to install and DIP switches were simple to program giving good flexibility however it would work better with a higher lux setting! as the light comes on when it isn't required. Looks neat and unobtrusive once installed and light level output is as expected. Happy with purchase.

Motion sensor light
Bought this as it stated that it was simple and just ‘plug in’, this needs to be hardwired to the mains and is not plug in, thankfully I have the knowledge to hardwire and still kept it, it is a fab light and you can set the motion space and time to what pleases you, it gives out good light. Taken one star off the review points as it is NOT PLUG IN like stated in info on it.

This was a replacement light fitting for a faulty one returned previously. The replacement was also faulty and returned for a full refund. However customer service from Argos was excellent on both occasions.

Brilliant motion sensor lights
Brilliant lights that are easy to install. It has settings for detection area, hold time (5seconds, 30 secs, 1min, 3,5,10,20,30 mins) and a daylight sensor (2 lux, 10, 25, 50 lux). The switches are tiny but will only need to do it once. Also the plastic covering feels very cheap but aesthetically looks pleasing. The lights will go you quite a lot of hours of usage. Once it finishes, the whole unit will need to be replaced. Would highly recommend this product.

Bought these lights month ago when we moved to our new house,to make sure that my son is not scared to walk to WC.Very happy 😊 with my purchase,does exactly what I was expecting and saving lots of money 💵 on electricity as there is no need to have lights on all night.Would buy one more for our Wc and kitchen.Easy to install,light,easy to clean.

The supplier has confirmed the bulb with the Philips Shan indoor motion sensor flush ceiling light fixture can be replaced. The fixture is designed to be easily replaced by simply removing the old bulb and installing a new one.

This is not plug in. It replaces your existing ceiling fitting and is connected to the existing wiring in ceiling
