Already have an older version of an Xtralite torch which continues to serve me well. However, this new one is better still, it has a more powerful beam and i also like the orange night light feature.

An excellent item. The night light glow provides a comforting sense of security. We have three at strategic points in the house. One in the guest bedroom. In case of a power cut a guest would not necessarily know the lay out of our house. The torch lights up as soon as it is taken out of the holder. An excellent feature in very useful item at a very inexpensive price.

As with many others we had these in a holiday cottage we stayed in and were so impressed by the nightlight and torch (dogwalkers need a handy little torch) that we resolved to find one or two when we got home.
While at the cottage there was a power cut (planned) and the torches all illuminated as they should which basically sealed the deal for us!
Tidy, multifunctional and incredibly useful to always have a charged torch by the front door. Great idea - good price - excellent piece of kit.

I have one of these which works perfectly however I have bought three which don’t. The orange night light on the bottom of the torch fails to light when dark.
Another one to return !!
