I recently suffered a broken humerus (proximal humeral fracture) which meant I could not lie down and could only rest sitting up on the lounge sofa overnight. I became cold during the night and decided to purchase this heated blanket. So glad I did. It provided real overnight comfort and warmth without the need to run other heating. The heat settings enable control of how much heat you get and once warm the fleecy blanket maintains the comfort level for a long period. Its also large enough to share with my husband in front of the tv to keep cosy on winter evenings.
