I've always used phillips shavers and so did my dad, we both had the original series one For years, so i thought get a up to date one, I'll be honest its not a close shave as my original one But it will do, thats why i gave it only 4 star..

Better than I thought!
I needed a new electric razor to replace my trusted, older Philips one. I wasnt wanting to pay over £100 because my previous experience has been razors costing tha much do not give better results. This razor was already discounted and I was also able to use an Argos gift voucher to further reduce the purchase price. Adding the voucher code on line was a breeze as was collection from my local pick up point. The level of comfort with this razor is very good and it gives a smoothness of shave. The precision cutters give a close shave. It's durablility comes with its quality being able to be used as both a dry or wet shaver. It's ergonomics means it's easy to hold and clean. The only reason I havent given it 5 stars is the charge lead has a USB on one end so you cannot plug the recharing stand into a bathroom electric shaver socket and need to buy a separate adapter.
