Just What I Wanted
Had to buy a new microwave to replace broken one. This one ticks all the boxes for me - I didn't want to spend a great deal as I only use certain functions. I've not used defrost yet, mainly to preheat food/warm plates, etc. The turntable works well - all in all it seems a good buy, so far. I do miss having a visual clock timer, though - but that's not a big issue for me.

The opening is 270 millimetres wide. You will not get a wider dinner plate than that through the aperture without tilting it. Unfortunately mine are 285mm diameter.
