Perfect
This is an upgrade for me. My main complaint about my old one was the drawers were too small on some occasions. This has certainly overcome that problem. It’s perfect for doing meals and now I can even do that oversized one at last. Am very happy with it.

Best Buy!
I bought this a while ago to replace a very small air fryer which I loved, but which didn't have enough capacity and meant that I had to often use my oven. Although there are only two of us in our household we love cooking complex meals and the Flexdrawer has meant that I've not had to use the oven once. The sync function is also very useful for this. Apart from using less electricity I've found that it's quicker and cooks better than an oven. There have been some occasions when I've only used half of the drawer, again with the same great results and using even less energy. I debated about buying the Flexdrawer for a long time, mainly because of it's size, but by taking a long hard look at the way my kitchen was organised, and instead of just putting it where the last air fryer was I've found that it fits in perfectly and the kitchen is actually laid out more efficiently. All in all this has definitely been my best buy in many years.

Bought twice!!
We bought this air fryer 20 months ago, it has been brilliant, so much so we gave the older one to my son and partner, and we kept the new one purchased last week!! And guess what, they love it too, giving them a lot more versatility with 2 young and hungry kids to feed. It’s difficult to fault tbh. Thank you SharkNinja for a great product at a good price.

Yes, it's important to provide at least 15cm of space above and on all sides of the Foodi FlexDrawer Air Fryer for proper ventilation and safe air circulation. This helps the unit operate efficiently and prevents overheating. The exhaust vent is located at the back, so keep it clear of surfaces and obstructions.
The top of the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer is black.
Yes, the Ninja Foodi FlexDrawer is easy to use, with simple controls, safe handling, and clear cooking functions suitable for all users. It’s great for baking pastry using the Bake function, adjustable temperatures, and crisper plate for even results.
Here are the product dimensions for this air fryer: H:32.7 x W:49.6 x D:31.6 cm.
I sometimes use airfry oven paper sheets to reduce amount of after cleaning, however you may find that the sheets get blown upwards towards the heating elements if not weighted down enough
That’s not an accessory we offer directly; however, you can use third-party silicone liners as an alternative. For best results, make sure to place the liner underneath the crisper plates rather than on top; this helps maintain airflow and proper cooking performance.
There is only one drawer which has a removable divider, You can cook in both zones at different temps.
Since the Ninja AF500UK has the advanced Dual Zone Technology, each drawers operates independently, allowing you to set distinct cooking times and temperatures for two meals, while ensuring both finish simultaneously.
To stop the heating elements overheating when cooking has finished. Pity the cool function is cancelled as soon as drawer is opened.
Info is not in the user docs. Dont know why.
The purpose of the "Cool" message on the front panel is to indicate a safety feature that allows the fan to keep running for a short period after the cooking session is complete. This helps prevent the internal components from overheating and ensures the air fryer remains safe to use and store by keeping the exterior from reaching unsafe temperatures.
No, unless the fluid is a very small amount. The dividing ridge is still quite low and wont stop any substantial amount of fluid seeping across under the divider.
It may hold back quite thick sauces but thinner gravy does pass through, the divider is fairly loose in the slots
We can confirm that the divider is designed to keep all fluids isolated between compartiments.
Yes, the AF500UK has Bake and Prove functions, so you can prove dough then bake bread in the drawer, we confirm it is suitable for homemade bread. Reduce oven recipe temperatures by about 10°C when using Bake, and prove at 35°C. Use an oven safe tin that fits the drawer.
The Ninja AF500UK operates at a voltage of 220-240V~, 50-60Hz and has a power output of 2470W. However, it is known for its energy efficiency, using up to 45% less energy than a conventional oven.
