Battery life rubbish
I bought one of these locks a while ago the Bluetooth didnt work they sent me a new unit got it fitted and is a great idea only problem with it is the batteries only last a maximum of 2 months not the year they say put a complaint in and totally ignored

Good, just not worth its price.
Unfortunatly, it was the only option I found with the features I wanted and colour. It does look very nice and build quality is ok, but it's defenitely not worth the money. I don't regret buying it as I said, I couldn't find anything else with these looks and specs, but I don't recommend this product unless you're in the same situation.

The installer was quite efficient with booking appointment and installation. Explained how the key works with the options available for access

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best security feature and it’s a fantastic design. All the capability in the product is the medicine and also the battery life last quite a long time and the installation was very easy.

Awful. No battery life, fails constantly
This is awful. Have tried all different batteries and none last longer than a month. It is temperamental and seems to beep constantly. Saving to buy a new front door and going back to a traditional key

Not bery smart at all, a little bit stupid really
The lock is fitted and working but there is an issue with the bridge so unable to connect to either the Bluetooth or the wifi which defeats the purpose really. I am told this is a national problem bit no contact from Yale to say when it might be rectified and i can start using the lock as anything othet than an expensive door lock with no smart features.

Hi there,
With home security at the forefront of its design, the Conexis L2 Smart Lock has been awarded the BSI IoT Kitemark, guaranteeing it has achieved the highest level of security for internet connected products, providing users with a label of trust. To achieve this BSI IoT Kitemark, the Conexis L2 Smart Lock has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it functions and communicates as it should, and that the appropriate security controls are in place.
The RFID’s have to be programmed to the lock via the app that has the lock added to it before they can be used to unlock a door.
The lock has a 9v battery override to use as an emergency if now power.
Thanks for using Q&A.
I have the 1st gen, on the outside, it has 2 metal points that you can hold a square style battery on, enough to give you power to open door normally and get it.
