Great Value
Very pleased (eventually). I bought the Sonic 5300 toothbrush and it developed a problem within a month whereby the on/off switch became virtually impossible to use. I had registered it with Philips and they very promptly replaced it with a new replacement which now works fine. The brush does work very well and I have noticed how much cleaner my teeth look and feel. I'm now trying to register the replacement on the Philips Customer website but having great difficulty as my computers all stset that the website is not secure and won't allow me to access the pages - ho-hum ...

Cleans well, runs out of steam quickly
Cleans well, but battery runs out in a week. One expects anything from 2 to 4 weeks for a new toothbrush.

Top brushing
It's a great brush, so much better than a hand brush. Very much recommend.

Cleans well
Happy with the tooth brush other than I find it sprays the bathroom when I'm reaching the back of my front teeth.

Really great toothbrush
This is my first electric toothbrush and I am very happy with it. My teeth feel wonderfully clean and the battery life is great. I have had the toothbrush two months and have only had to recharge it twice.

Cleans superbly.
Easy to use and comfortable to use. Does a great job of cleaning. Well made and easy to charge. This has made teeth cleaning a joy and the results are excellent.

Excellent apart from……………
My wife and I have been using Sonicare tooth brushes for a number of years. My current one is a more basic one and, in hindsight, I wish I’d replaced the previous one with like for like, finances at the time dictated otherwise. I have only one complaint with the range which has persisted from the first to the last. The metal rod onto which the brush head slides is secured to the oscillator inside the body by a single, small, cross head screw. This screw always, eventually, works loose. This results in an ineffective and very noisy tooth brush. I had one exchanged under warranty but, by about the third incident, I was repairing them myself. I now put a drop of Loctite onto the screw before tightening it and it has so far stopped (or possibly delayed) a recurrence. This is a real shame, a persistent weak spot on an otherwise excellent product.

Amazing clean .
Bought for my husband his first electric toothbrush and he's blown away with how it's made his teeth feel it's fantastic.

Great toothbrush
Teeth feel exceptionally clean after use. Sounds odd, but, using it for the first few times it tickled my gums! This lasted for about a week. This sensation has stopped now. Build in timer is really useful, let's you know when to move on to the next area of the mouth. Would recommend.
