What a great hairdryer! I previously had a Dyson so my bar was held high. This definitely gave it a run for its money! It’s super compact and lightweight but does the job well, it took no time at all to dry my hair and it was so sleek afterwards. The only criticism is that the hairdryer got quite hot in hand towards the end of using it.

Brilliant hairdryer, i normally only buy the cheapest hairdryer but this has me hooked and would definitely buy again, it takes so little time to dry my hair which is thick and long it normally takes forever to dry.

Powerful dryer with a good range of settings!
This dries my hair so quick, easy to switch between without feeling like it fries my hair or not getting enough heat! Which I wasn’t expecting due to being relatively quiet (my cats no longer bolt out the room like it’s on fire anymore!) it heats up really quickly too on the higher setting! The attachments it comes with are actually useful, and there’s a safety ‘click’ on feature so they don’t just randomly fall off mid-drying which used to be a nightmare for me! The diffuser is great for my long wavy hair. I have added a photo of my hair without using straightening tools, just a brush and dry, it significantly reduces my usual frizz. Overall the design is really sleek, in a nice matte finish and deep green (which is actually my fave colour as a bonus!!)

This hairdryer is very sleek and classy design. Controls are very easy to use. Heat settings are colour coded - illuminating around the button. The speed/power also has different light intensities to match the power. The highest setting is very powerful makes for speedy drying time. The lint/filter is easily removed for cleaning as magnetically attaches. Hairdryer comes with 3 attachments- defuser and 2 sized direct nozzles. All easily attach to the dryer. The Cable is adequately long enough and comes with Velcro strap for securing when stored.

Light, quick and quiet
Lightweight and powerful hairdryer is super easy to use and quiet too - I’m happy to use it even when my kids are in bed asleep. I love the mesh filter where air goes into the dryer because it stops my hair from getting tangled in it.

Very impressed with this hair dryer, it’s lightweight and easy to hold. It has four heat setting, cold, cool, warm and hot, all LED coloured lights. Has three blast settings. Also has a cool shot option. It’s fast and has 3attachments. I do have to clean the nozzle after ever use. Comes in a lovely box. Great for a present.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the BaByliss D6555DU Air Power Pro Hair Dryer: ''On the D6555DU you are not able to twist the nozzle once in use to hair dry. As this needs to be locked in before use and to do this you need to twist it slightly to lock the nozzle onto the appliance. So if you want to change the direction of the air flow you would need to turn the hair dryer itself.''
