Sent back some straighteners as they went faulty. Was within warranty what I had registered online. Was hassel free and no queries at all. Only down side we had white ones and replacement was black but that’s being picking.

This is my 2nd pair last ones lasted years. I went for smaller ones this time they are definitely not as good they don’t feel as strong but still do a good job. My hair is shorter than it was so these are fine for me. I would never buy any other brands now. I also got magical remedy it smells amazing and feels really nice

Meh, in my opinion not worth the price tag or hype
My first set of cloud nine irons after alot of recommendations, I just don’t like them. They don’t hold curls like my other irons do, they take forever to straighten my hair I have to go over and over again, it’s actually a job in itself using these irons and they are way overpriced.
