Works brilliantly, my old cloud nine is still working after many years, so had new as a Christmas present, its slightly different, it buzzes when you close onto hair, no sure why it has this added, maybe for safety reasons. Makes hair lovely and straight in seconds. Love it couldn’t review until I opened my present.

Very easy to use. Warm up fast. My favourite feature is the revive setting when it vibrates. As far as hair straightener goes I got no complaints. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the cable, it's thin and feels cheap, especially for that price. I'm worried it will snap at some point.
