Didn’t work for me!
I bought this because I was going to China and it stated that one of the adapters could be used in China. I got to China. It could not be used in China. Otherwise, this is a lovely product, assuming it will work in the other countries specified. It does work in the UK.

It has adapters for UK, US, AUS, and EU plugs.
It has a type A adaptor set up but not type B. It does have type C though. It can be used in Mexico but none of the other countries you've mentioned here are directly listed.
From the information we have available, a type A socket can be used in Guatemala, Panama, Colombia but you may need to consider the compatibility of some of the voltages, even if the socket type is the same. Also, Guatemala also uses a type B which this socket does not have. For Peru and Bolivia they use more than one type, usually A and C, but the voltages can also vary: 115 / 230 V.
Because of this, we'd advise to check what specific plug type and voltage is used in the region of the countries you're going before considering its purchase or use.
