About this product
The VitaFresh system offers the ideal storage environment for all your fresh food thanks to climate and temperature control. Fish and meat stay fresh for longer and your fruit and vegetables benefit from an optimised climate. Food should be frozen as fast as possible; with the Automatic Super Freezing function you can freeze small food load faster whilst protecting your frozen items from defrosting. The freezer detects the temperature increase and automatically adjusts its temperature to guarantee the best storage conditions.
Activate the Super Cooling function before you go shopping to lower the temperature in your fridge, so your fresh shopping is kept at the right temperature. The temperature is lowered by pushing a button. To prevent unnecessary power consumption, the function automatically switches back after approximately 6 hours.
The Big Box is practical for stacking frozen food containers or large frozen items like gateaux or pizzas. As well as the EasyAccess Shelf to help you see your contents at a glance in the fridge - simply pull it open for easy access to all your food the easy-to-handle shelf lets you quickly find the right ingredients for your next meal.
Low Frost freezers reduces the amount of ice formation to eliminate the need for frequent defrosting. When the Holiday Mode function is activated, the fridge temperature is approx. +14 degree celsius and the freezer approx. 18 degree celsius, protecting frozen foods and preventing energy wastage in the fridge.

Replacement fridge/freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our smaller fridge/freezer developed a fault and we had too replace rapidly, so chose this Bosch model and have found it to a great size for the fridge area and adequate for the freezer. The only drawback being we didn't realise that the freezer was not frost free, but overall happy with this appliance

Nice big fridge freezer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of space in this 70cm wide appliance, with big bin for large items. Replaced a built in unit which never had enough space. Controls are easy to use as has some nice features, like fast cooling and freezing. Really pleased with my purchase.

Disappointing product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridgefreezer has been a very disappointing product. There is plenty of space inside the Fridge but the vegetable and fruit drawer does not keep the items fresh and mould growth happens. Items seem to get very wet leading to the mould growing. Underneath the drawer water collects and I have to lift the drawer out every week to wipe it dry. I never had that problem with my previous Bosh. The freezer is a good size but again you have to regularly defrost it, this again takes too much time and had I realised that it wasn't frost free I wouldn't have bought it

Oh! So quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed all the instructions to the letter, (as you do), but I had to switch it off and then on again as I couldn't hear it start-up, the fridge light came on when I opened the door, so I left it for about an hour, but still I couldn't hear the compressor motor running, the light still came on when I opened the door, only this time I could feel the temperature drop. This has now been switched on for 2 days and not a peep out of it. Brilliant!

Fridges and freezers are required to be disposed of properly and will not be suitable to dispose of in your house bin. Please contact your local council for help on ways to dispose of your fridge or freezer correctly.
