Brought these for my niece and nephew who are 18 months and quite tall for their age. I'd say they would definitely suit children older than 18 months, as they can just about scoot along. They seem quite sturdy and good quality.

"The scooter can be use outdoor and indoor, the wheels are plastic and slip on very smooth surfaces and grass. Slightly rough surfaces are recommended." (It's not suitable of course for road use, and must be used under the supervision of an adult).
