About this product
The Bosch KGN27NLEAG Freestanding Fridge Freezer is a bottom-freezer setup that sorts out proper storage without the hassle of defrosting. You've got 171l up top for chilled groceries and 84l below for frozen (255l total), which covers most family needs. The NoFrost system keeps ice from building up by circulating dry air throughout, so you're not spending your weekend chipping away at frost. It's a proper workhorse if you want a fridge freezer that just gets on with it.
The fridge section has 3 adjustable safety glass shelves, a vegetable compartment, dairy compartment and egg tray, with LED lighting that's glare-free and lasts the lifetime of the appliance. Down below you've got 4 freezer compartments for organising your frozen stuff. There's a temperature display on the front so you can see what's going on, and the door's reversible if you need to switch which way it opens. It runs at 41dB, rated E for energy efficiency, and it's about H182 x W55 x D56cm. Comes with a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee.
LED lights bring a completely new lighting concept to fridges, guaranteeing even, glare-free interior illumination. LED lights use less electricity than conventional fridge lights and last an (appliance) lifetime.

Great fridge
I purchased this fridge freezer early on a Sunday morning, emergency buy as ours had broken during the night. It was delivered on Wednesday morning. The appliance is very quiet even though by reading the appliance rating it should be the same as the one it replaced. It freezes quickly as icecubes for drinks only take 45 minutes. Lots of space inside for food for our family of 5. There is a wire shelf for bottles however I have moved it's location to the top of the fridge so that I can make better use of the glass shelves. It took some time to level up as only one of the feet extend, the one on the left is just a solid foot and the rear wheels seem to rattle around too.

Only received the bosch fridge/freeze a few adays ago but I can certainly notice the difference from my old fridge/freezer I'm certainly happy with the performance and capacity of the bosch I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Fridge Freezer, recycleing instructions not
received my fridge freezer this week and love it but very disappointed that my old one wasn't taken away the instructions to have this done are very unclear so I now have both in my kitchen and will have for the next two weeks.

Great appliance
Bought the Bosch fridge freezer to replace a similar size Beko appliance. It was a good price. Delivered on time by friendly staff who unpacked the item once indoors. Its very nicely made and runs silently compared with the Beko. Disappointed but not really surprised that it wasnt made in Germany. All said we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I don't recommend.
I've just bought this fridge - freezer and it has lasted all of 30 minutes. The top hinge snapped the first time I opened the door. The hinge is quarter inch thick, which is fine but the main screw attachment is only half that diameter. No available parts so a replacement F/F was sent out. So how long will this hinge last? Also, the fridge cannot be levelled. It leans backwards sustantially with no adjustment on the front feet, so will have to resort to laying something under the rear wheels. The side handles are useless if fitting into a tight space and so the space saving attribute is rendered unuseable. Also, the fridge is so light and flimsy, pulling open a door pulls the whole fridge forward.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bosch KGN27NWEAG Freestanding Fridge Freezer - White: No. KGN27NWEAG has one manual thermostat inside the fridge which adjusts the freezer too. If two separate thermostats are required, I recommend models KGN34NWEAG or KGN33NWEBG.
