Cheap faulty tat
Clock was faulty on opening the box. One of the buttons didn't work. The item was purchased as a gift. Embarrassing and difficult to organise retrieving it and getting it back to Argos for a refund. Always horrible when you give a gift that turns out to be cheap tat.

Display is not permanently illuminated.
This clock did not have the features I expected. Firstly the box had already been opened and there were no instructions; It needs instructions. Also, i thought that the display would be permanently illuminated. It olny illuminates when the top button is pressed and then goes out again after a few minutes.

Make sure Zz displayed for alarm!
I bought this alarm clock a couple of days ago, and I am very happy with the appearance, alarm sound, display readability and case. Batteries are easy to install but I don't use the snooze, so can't comment on this function. Unfortunately the clock I purchased didn't have any instructions. So when I thought I had set the alarm, I hadn't. Fortunately I had my old one set and this woke me. So a note. When setting the alarm make sure the Zz are displayed at the bottom of the display. Once worked out, very simple to set up.

Useless
Hopeless wanted a clock that was lit up so as I could see the time without moving in bed. This thing doesn’t do that you have to touch the top of the clock for it to light up, absolutely useless

This is a digital clock, so there is no ticking sound at all. Digital clocks don’t use moving hands or mechanical movements, which are what cause ticking noises in analogue clocks.

If you press the snooze button on the 3rd time of doing this it only rings out for less than a minute before completely stopping altogether. Im returning it because of this defect.
