Looks good but does not provide enough heat
The remote control does not work. The app does, but even when on full power the heater is too slow to heat the room. Perhaps the higher powered models might be more practical?

Cheap to run and slow, gentle nearby heat
The heater is cheap to run and warms up quickly, but being low wattage it doesn't radiate heat very far. I find it helps take the edge off the cold in my small spare room and warms me up when I am near it, but it doesn't warm the room in the way a convecting heater would.I use it as a portable heater and it is fine for my needs. I don't think it would be very effective on a wall but haven't tried it like that. I haven't used the app or the remote, I simply use the controls on the heater when I need it. It remembers the target temperature I have set but hasn't yet achieved it (but it has raised the temperature in here by 1.5 degrees in just under an hour). Be aware when selecting wattage that the room area/volume quoted by the mnufacturer assumes a well insulated (and not drafty) room and occasional use. Also, for anyone struggling with residue from the large sticker, the manufacturer has advised by email that you can remove it in a couple of ways, They said 1. If the heater is warm, you can easily remove the sticker. If all goes well, nothing will be left behind. If some sticker residue remains, you can remove it in two ways (when the heater is cooled down) 1. sticker remover (you should have a damp, warm cloth handy to wipe the surface clean immediately, no smell or remover will remain. 2. benzene (detergent) this is the same method as sticker remover.

Works well
The heater uses very little electricity. Wasn't expecting them to work as well as they do. I'm very happy with the heat it emits in the room. Can set a timer and leave them to warm the room before using.

A good way into infra-red heating.
I bought this to give it a try during the evening when I wanted some heat without putting the full central heating on. As it is infra-red it is designed to heat objects and people rather than the air. Whilst it does get warm it is never too hot. The remote control took a bit of setting up as the instructions tell you to press the on/off button to connect the remote to the heater. After chatting online with the helpdesk I found out it is the heater's on/off button that needs to be pressed to synchronize the remote to the heater. The instructions are not very clear on this and the beep was very faint when I did manage to connect it. The app will allow me to take it from standby to on when I am away from the house and want it on for when I arrive home.

Nice heating appliance
Cost efficient and effective. Ideal heater for use in smaller, 10 metre2 size room. Can get hot to touch so its better to mount on the wall with the screws provided.

Princess panel heater
Bought this to warm our small bathroom that doesn't have a radiator. Downloaded the Princess app from Google Play store. Linked up to the heater straight away. Really handy I can set various timers for it to come on and off again during the day. Using power only when it's needed. Haven't noticed it costing alot on electricity either. Very pleased with it. Warms the room very toasty.

Thank you for using Q&A
Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Princess 0.35kW Smart Infrared Panel Heater: ''The Princess Smart Infrared Panel Heater is suitable for use in bathrooms due to its IP44 rating, which means it is resistant to splashes of water. However, it is important to note that for safe installation, the heater needs to be wired correctly; a standard plug socket is not appropriate for bathroom use. Additionally, it should not be covered with a towel while in operation.
This heater is designed to provide efficient heating through infrared technology, making it ideal for warming nearby people and objects.''

Hello Taylor,
The supplier has advised the following for the Princess 0.35kW Smart Infrared Panel Heater:
“ Yes, this is a UK plug version and not a hardwire version. ”
Thanks for using Q&A.
I have just bought this heater.
I was sceptical about the 2 cm claim but it wasnt an issue for me.
With the control panel, the stand-off depth from the wall to the front of the heater is about 6 cm. The attached mounting brackets take account of the control box so you dont have to. IT CANNOT BE REMOVED!
If you intend to use the floor stands, they are 30 cm, and if pushed against a wall the depth to the fron of the heater is 18 cm.
