The 1850-2200W element brings water to the boil in no time, and the indicator light tells you when it's ready. Boil-dry protection switches it off automatically if you forget to fill it, while the removable and washable limescale filter keeps things clean and catches particles before they reach your cup. The pull-back lid makes filling straightforward.

Lightweight Kettle
I bought this kettle to replace my other one as I needed a light weight kettle to lift as my other one was too heavy for me due to an operation I was having. It has proved very good so far.

Compact fast boiling kettle which is extremely good value,however I find it rather dangerous in that the lid is very flimsy and the mechanism to hold it open is not fit for purpose.
