I had one for Xmas and didn’t charge so exchanged it for another one which doesn’t charge also. Have read reviews of lots of other having same problem . Why has there not been a product recall if the problem is so common.

The gun has 6 Intensity Settings, from a soothing vibration to a high-power percussion massage and everything in between.

Although its type C charging, its a big battery so wont fast charge like a phone or smart watch. Use a slower charger to trickle charge it. When the blue lights come on and reflect how charged it is, thatll mean its a amp charger thats compatible.
