Does what it said on the tin
Solid construction and even heat distrbution makes this ideal for most dishes cooked on the hob. Lid minimises splatter when frying. Non stick coating is very effective and makes after use cleaning a doddle, still looks new after three months. Only downside is it's too big for my everyday rewuirements, but that's my fault for not searching a smaller berdion. I don't normally make recommendations but in this case....

Perfect size for steak for 2
This pan is versatile. I can stir fry, sauce based dinners, or do a breakfast. As I have a tiny kitchen I needed one pan that would be useful for a variety of meals. As it has a lid with it, it's much more useful.

Habitat pan
Another fine pan from the habitat range, well made and with a metal handle, makes this idea for browning off omelettes in the oven.

Heavy pan good for larger meals
I like the weight on the pan, though that might be an issue for people that prefer lighter cookware. The nonstick coating is very good, I hope it lasts a good amount of time. Lid fits well and because it's glass it's nice to be able to see the food inside. The only small little thing that could improved is the shape of the pan surface. It's quite a bit convex so any runny liquids or foods put into the pan will flow down to the edges of the pan. Not a big problem if you are cooking a larger amount of food and filling up the pan, but if you wanted to fry up two eggs for example, they will not stay in the centre.
