Excellent filter
Certainly has proven a good choice in that gives good filtered water & the glass jug dies keep water cooler than the plastic version had previously. Also the text reminder when due to change filter, which comes with latest version of filters is certainly useful

Good not too heavy jug
It’s good jug wished it was a different shape to round and the lid on top should have been blue colour as well as handle.

Been using for more than six months. Excellent. Recently moved to a slightly hard water area so use the appropriate filter. First class.

Adequate glass jug
Unfortunately managed to snap the plastic section around the rim which houses the filter, when placing it back onto jug after filter change but it still fits. Good to have glass jug but it's not all glass. It's too wide and tall to fit into normal size fridge. Good light feature to let you know when to change filter.

IMPROVEMENT
The glass jug is areal improvement after years using the old style plastic jug.. especially with a silicon non-slip base purchased separately It is easier to fill and see water level . to keep clean and more hygienic Somewhat fiddly lid to remove but a good seal I find it easier to use albeit slightly heavier

This is designed to fit in most fridge doors, the jug measurements are H27.7, W17.4, D13.8cm. I would recommend checking your fridge door to these measurements to ensure this will fit.

I bought mine on the 8th September2024. Removed it from the box on the 11th September2024 and then started using it. YESTERDAY 16th September2024 the filter light started flashing red!
I just find this product so confusing, and a waste of money..
