I have always had plastic filter jugs before but decided to treat myself to a glass one. The price was very high but I feel it was worth it as this jug is a huge improvement. Very easy to clean, not an eyesore on my worktop. It just seems like a much better quality product and I love it.

I bought mine on the 8th September2024. Removed it from the box on the 11th September2024 and then started using it. YESTERDAY 16th September2024 the filter light started flashing red!
I just find this product so confusing, and a waste of money..
