Could no longer drink tap water
I'm into my second month since purchasing this jug. After some hospital treatment where I had to drink a lot of water I had a short rest of not drinking any except in my coffee. When I went back I found I could no longer drink water straight from the tap! The Marella Jug has really changed the taste of the water for the better, my kettle is also thanking me as it isn't scaling up as quickly as before. I live in a hard water area! I wish I'd got one earlier.

Great jug with sleek design and functionality
I brought this six weeks ago, and it has been really useful to have in the fridge. The cartridge system and its expiry timer are easy to understand and use, the cartridges are easy to install and the water filters through quite quickly ready for use.

Like the jug but preferred our old own brand one
Bought the jug back in April but only started using it recently. It was bought to replace an old supermarket branded jug which we'd had for years. Must admit the old own brand jug was better as the Brita one isn't so easy to fill, is slow to filter and the lid doesn't fit. We'd have taken it back if we hadn't left it so long to start using it.

I bought the filter jug over a month ago. the water has definitely got a fresher taste . My only quibble is that the filer runs down very quickly which makes the filtered water expensive.

Better design
This Marella jug is much better designed than my old one. The lid is easy to use on refilling with water and the pouring spout has its own lid which lifts automatically

The battery provide has a lifespan of approx. 5 years.

BRITA Marella Water Filter Jug Half year pack White 2.4L
To set up, remove the protective foil before using BRITA Memo for the first time. After activating the water filter, press and hold the „START“ button until four bars appear on the display and flash twice. The flashing dot in the bottom right of the display unit means: “Memo in operation”. A new water filter is required if the empty display unit flashes.
