Excellent jug and filter
Our water company changed our supply recently and you can now see the scum floating on the top of the cup of tea and the water leaves scum marks in the cups…yuck it’s revolting. So I asked around and people recommended a Brita jug and filter. I thought it would be a faff but I was desperate. I am so glad I bought it. No more scum on my tea or in my mugs and my kettle is pristine. We’ve been using it for nearly 2 months now and wouldn’t be without it. It’s not a faff at all I just top up the jug every time I top up the kettle

Just what we wanted
Our Marella XL Water Jug and filter fits our water usage for a kettle and coffee machine daily requirements. The water quality shows in the lack of lime scale deposits in both machines. One slight downside is the digital timer for the filter usage is time based and not usage based, and there is no guidance for filter life length. Due to our low usage, I use 1 filter for two digital timer cycles. I would like to request more accurate information of filter life length?

Loving the lid on my water jug
I bought my Marella water jug about a month ago. So far so good. I'm really enjoying the lid design, which makes it so much easier to fill up with water by just pressing a small section of the lid with your thumb which lifts up to allow you to add water. Much better than having to remove the lid every time.

Does exactly what it says on the tin
I bought this a month ago and use it every day and I'm very happy with my purchase. It's easy to clean and fill up and fits in the fridge door.

Bought approximately 2 months ago, my tap water tastes better, and it’s very easy to use, only negative i would give is that the replacement cartridges are quite expensive

The battery provide has a lifespan of approx. 5 years.

BRITA Marella Water Filter Jug Half year pack White 2.4L
To set up, remove the protective foil before using BRITA Memo for the first time. After activating the water filter, press and hold the „START“ button until four bars appear on the display and flash twice. The flashing dot in the bottom right of the display unit means: “Memo in operation”. A new water filter is required if the empty display unit flashes.
