About this product
The Preston Dining Table gives you a generous spot where six people can gather for family meals, weekend breakfasts, or catching up over dinner. There's a natural oak veneer top that shows the wood's character, set against a grey painted frame for a modern country feel. It's big enough for everyone to sit comfortably, practical for everyday family use and smart enough when friends come round. The rectangular shape works well as a centrepiece in dining rooms or open-plan kitchens.
The grey painted legs have a sturdy build that keeps the table stable through daily use. The oak veneer top has a smooth surface finish. There's generous legroom underneath, with plenty of space between the legs so everyone sits without feeling cramped. Assembly takes two people, all fixings and instructions included. Comes with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind.

Great dining table
A fantastic looking table and pretty easy to put together. I'm actually using it as a dressmaking table/desk and it's perfect.

Just in time for Christmas
I brought this table to seat 6 people comfortably and it does exactly that very sturdy, not too difficult to built, slightly higher than expected but does what it's needed for also great price.

Solid table!
I bought this as I needed a solid table for working with my sewing machine and this table certainly hasn't disappointed! I love it and it doesn't shake at all when I use my trusty old sewing machine. It really does need two people to put it together, as it is so very heavy so it may not suit everyone.

Great solid table!
I boughtnthis near a month ago. Really good table. Great size and solid wood. Did take a little longer putting together then expected but managed in the end. Packaging and delivery was brilliant. Table slightly higher so but difficult with low chairs. Definitely recommend. Value for money.

The Argos Home Preston Dining Table - Grey measures 90 cm wide and 160cm long. It would depend on the size of the chairs being used but 2 chairs should fit side by side on either of the long sides of the table and a further 2 may fit on the ends. This would be up to the user though.
