I'm glad I bought these.
I used these for using a reciprocating saw and shredder. The noise level is reduced but not eliminated. I thought they would be too tight because the head band is not adjustable but they are comfy.

Noisy neighbours no more!
I bought these as I am living in a flat below some very noisy (hopefully temporary) neighbours. These ear defenders are amazing. When wearing I can't hear the neighbours shouting or arguing, I can still hear some banging but nowhere near as bad as without wearing them. I can finally get some peace! I was a bit sceptical when I first took them off the box as the headband looks quite small but it does fit my big head. The fold away nicely too, so would be ideal for carrying in a handbag etc. I love mine and wished I'd bought them sooner.
