Brilliant icicle lights!
Great lights, nice warm white colour. Bought three sets, perfect length for our needs - fits nicely on single garage, porch and bay window. One question somewhere in this product listing mentioned that the lights have no memory function... They do. I've had them up a week, they're operated via a smart plug and they've reliably remembered the setting they were on every time they've turned on and off.

Clearer Packaging Please
These lights are pretty and bring a little magic to a wall or window, not just at Christmas. Whether you’re looking outside-in or inside-out. However, I was so busy checking that they were warm white, I missed the fact that they are on a white lead, rather than clear - which would have been my preferred choice.

On the transformer at the end on the power cable, there is a function button. If you press and hold that until it lights up, this activates the timer for 8 hours of illumination. You can press and hold it again to turn the timer off.

Decide where you want to hang the lights. Common places include along the roofline, gutters, or around windows and doors.
Use Gutter/Shingle Clips: These clips are designed to attach lights to gutters or shingles without causing damage. You can find them at most hardware stores. Simply clip them onto the edge of your gutter or shingle and then hook the lights onto the clips.
Space the clips evenly to keep the lights taut and prevent sagging.
It's generally not recommended to attach lights directly to drain pipes as they can be slippery and may not hold the clips securely.

But some sucker hooks to attach them. It doesnt come with any hanging assessories.
The plug sticks out a long way from the socket , so not likely to be compatible with outside sockets, thin cable with long length before LEDs, so wired inside. Transformer is 90 degrees to the socket so wouldnt even work with my trailing waterproof enclosure.
