Lovely shade but...
Very nice shade, the embossed design on it is nice, however, I decided to return it, felt it was a bit on the large side for my taste by about 5cm but mainly because when the diffuser is in place and the light is on there is some visible gapping around the edge. I went on to choose a shade in a different style. Also, this shade would be nicer if it was a deeper shade of grey

Very impressed with this lampshade for the price - you can buy similar for a lot more money if you try ;-) While I applaud the reduced packaging, a box would have been handy, as it was a bit tricky to carry round town!

I purchased this shade for a floor standing lamp stand and it fits well (even though intended for ceiling mounted fixing). I haven't been able to use the 'diffuser disc' though, since I am using the shade 'upside down' to how it is intended to be used, but that is fine since I prefer slightly more light in the sittingroom from it.
