Didn’t lash long
I brought these lights a few days before Christmas and they are faulty unfortunately. If you lift the wire up they work, if you put the wire down they stop working :(

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Habitat 960 White Multifunction LED Christmas Icicle lights:
By pressing and holding the button on the transformer until blue light on, then timer function is on. Timer stays on for 8hrs then 16hrs off.

The length of each drop is different, which depends on how many LED on each string. Distance between each LED light is 8cm.

Your old lights would have to be completely replaced by the 960 White Multifunction LED Christmas Icicle lights. These lights cannot be 'daisy-chained' with others and individual bulbs on your old set cannot be replaced with these either.

The 960 White Multifunction LED Christmas Icicle lights can be situated outdoors but the plug needs to be located inside the house i.e. not in direct contact with weather. The previous response by the supplier was in relation to the plug and we have revised this answer to be more specific.

To activate the timer function on your Habitat 960 White Multifunction LED Christmas Icicle lights, you need to follow these steps:
Plug in the lights and turn them on.
Press the button on the transformer to cycle through the 8 available functions until you reach the timer function.
Press and hold the same button for a few seconds until the lights flash once. This indicates that the timer function has been activated.
The lights will now stay on for 6 hours and then turn off for 18 hours before turning back on again automatically.

The default setting for the Habitat 960 White Multifunction LED Christmas Icicle lights would be a sequence of each of the 8 different modes shown on the instructions included in the package.
