The base provides even heat distribution, giving you excellent cooking performance and durability, and it's suitable for all hob types including induction. You can chuck it in the dishwasher too! Anodized ones are mostly better off than the Non-Stick ones. This one is really good in terms of Weight, Heating, and gauge. Easy handling with sturdy handle as well.

Not a wok then…
I thought the idea of a wok was to use at high temperatures. You can’t use this at high temps therefore it’s not a wok. I returned it.
