Top quality product.
Can buy cheaper versions, but a bit extra money is worth it. When you plug an appliance in, you turn the unit on, and you get a flashing red light. Which stays on until 30 minutes is up. Then you just turn it on again if required. Already left the iron on by mistake, and the plug turned it off.

Very useful and economical
Turns off autonmatically after an hour, sadly can't adjust time, but one hour is sufficient.

I bought this as I have in the past left the iron switched on and forgotten, so not safe. This product goes some way to alleviating this problem. It was great value for money and readily available from my local store.
