Made no difference at all
Well, it didn’t make any difference at all. Most of the time the picture is fine but it goes off now and then with a brief onscreen notice telling us the signal is weak - so I guess this is what the booster is supposed to deal with. Apparently not. There is also no mention of needing a second male/male cable to make the connection - might be me being dim but it would help to know this beforehand, so immediate ease of use out of the box isn’t good .
