The timber is high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own topcoat. The Pixie is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions. On the morning of delivery you will receive live tracking. Requires a flat and level base.
