About this product
The fun Pixie playhouse is tested to BS EN71 the European safety standard for toys and proudly UK made. The timber is high grade, FSC certified and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to apply your own topcoat. The Pixie is clad in 12mm shiplap boards on a sturdy 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions. On the morning of delivery you will receive live tracking. Requires a flat and level base.

Great playhouse highly recommend’
Great playhouse my granddaughter loves it! I would highly recommend this product it’s a nice size for a toddler. We enjoyed painting and decorating it to my grand daughter’s taste. And she is very happy with it. My one piece of advice would be paint the playhouse before putting it together as some places hard to reach once it’s assembled.

Labour of love
Really lovely wee house for kids. Bought for my 8 year olds bday to keep Guinea pigs in. Just big enough to fit the cage and for her and myself to sit in it. Took a task rabbit man 5.5 hours to build it! Glad he did it as it definitely did not look an easy build. Then painting it took a good 4 coats. Also got a roll of vinyl flooring and used spray adhesive to lay it myself which was easy. Best to do this and the painting before build!! And don’t make the mistake I did which was painting the floor when I confused it with the back panel :)))) looks magic now and very proud of it. Just prep yourself for a full day building and a couple of days painting weather depending.

Lovely playhouse
My kiddies love this playhouse. Bigger than I expected to be honest aswell so plenty of room to fill it full of fun stuff 😊 it did take a good few hours to build but it’s definitely worth seeing the end result.

Great size and design, lot of effort to construct.
Bought this for our daughter’s third birthday as we wanted something she could grow into and use for years. It is definitely large and sturdy enough for this and we thought the windows and little porch area were a nice touch. However, putting it together brought us to the brink of divorce, there were screws missing, nothing seemed to quite fit and had I not been trained in woodwork we might have given up on it altogether. There were a lot of little elements that could have been done during manufacturing to minimise the workload and avoid customers having to go out and buy a chisel and saw as a lot of households wouldn’t have them to hand these days. All in all, I’m glad we got it as our daughter is overjoyed with it, but certainly not a project for the faint hearted.

"As long as the buildings are treated and sealed according to our assembly guide, with sufficient airflow beneath the shed base and proper ventilation throughout the structure, they will remain protected from rot."

The windows measure 637mm (H) x 518mm (W).
The individual acrylic window panes measure 267mm x 201mm and four of these are required for each window.
