About this product
A garden playhouse built for years of outdoor play. The Pixie Playhouse arrives in honey brown basecoat, ready for you to finish it your way. It's made from timber with traditionally jointed windows and doors, designed for garden use where children can disappear into their own space. Suitable for ages 3 and up with adult supervision.
Built with shiplap cladding on a square frame, with a tongue and groove floor. The structure sits on a flat, level base. It comes UK-made and includes fixings, roof felt, and full assembly instructions. On delivery day, you'll receive live tracking so you know when it's arriving. Self-assembly required.

Great playhouse highly recommend’
Great playhouse my granddaughter loves it! I would highly recommend this product it’s a nice size for a toddler. We enjoyed painting and decorating it to my grand daughter’s taste. And she is very happy with it. My one piece of advice would be paint the playhouse before putting it together as some places hard to reach once it’s assembled.

Great little playhouse for my granddaughter she loves it I advise anyone who orders this to paint it while it is all still in pieces as once it is all put together it’s really hard to paint

Labour of love
Really lovely wee house for kids. Bought for my 8 year olds bday to keep Guinea pigs in. Just big enough to fit the cage and for her and myself to sit in it. Took a task rabbit man 5.5 hours to build it! Glad he did it as it definitely did not look an easy build. Then painting it took a good 4 coats. Also got a roll of vinyl flooring and used spray adhesive to lay it myself which was easy. Best to do this and the painting before build!! And don’t make the mistake I did which was painting the floor when I confused it with the back panel :)))) looks magic now and very proud of it. Just prep yourself for a full day building and a couple of days painting weather depending.

Lovely playhouse
My kiddies love this playhouse. Bigger than I expected to be honest aswell so plenty of room to fill it full of fun stuff 😊 it did take a good few hours to build but it’s definitely worth seeing the end result.

Great size and design, lot of effort to construct.
Bought this for our daughter’s third birthday as we wanted something she could grow into and use for years. It is definitely large and sturdy enough for this and we thought the windows and little porch area were a nice touch. However, putting it together brought us to the brink of divorce, there were screws missing, nothing seemed to quite fit and had I not been trained in woodwork we might have given up on it altogether. There were a lot of little elements that could have been done during manufacturing to minimise the workload and avoid customers having to go out and buy a chisel and saw as a lot of households wouldn’t have them to hand these days. All in all, I’m glad we got it as our daughter is overjoyed with it, but certainly not a project for the faint hearted.

The windows measure 637mm (H) x 518mm (W).
The individual acrylic window panes measure 267mm x 201mm and four of these are required for each window.
