Amazing blender, and food processor
Great multi function kitchen appliance. Have been using it at least twice a day since I got it. Handles breakfast smoothies with frozen berries like a champ. Sometimes I don’t put enough liquid in so it’s good that it tells me when it needs more. The food processor has been amazing for preparing batch cooking, I’ve never eaten so healthy. Wish I had upgraded and got one sooner.

Bad jug blend experience
I am very displeased with ninja service because why would I spend such amount of money to get a blender and the big Jug would not blend smoothly until I use the small jug. That’s a very bad marketing idea. I can’t blend my peppers smoothly without the small jug that’s really ridiculous.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Ninja Detect Power Blender & Processor Pro TB401UK: Our Ninja Blender & Processor TB401UK can be used for slicing or shredding. Using the reversible disc, you can get thin slices of cucumber or shredded carrots.
However, please kindly note that it may be more difficult for you to grate carrots - as these tend to be tougher than cucumber.
