Manufacturing fault with screws
The tiny tiny screws are put in too tight, really hard to get into battery compartment. Good toy, once battery in place, but very over priced

Lots of fun, a firm favourite! The quality of the screws to get batteries in and out do leave something to be desired. But the fun our pooch has with it, is still worth the price.

The supplier has advised the following for the JML Chuckle Chums Shark Dog Toy:
“ The battery goes into the battery compartment, which is located inside the ball.
Please find below the advice we have regarding the screw removal:
The screw does not need to be fully removed from the battery door. Loosen the screw until you find you can remove the battery door.
It’s recommended to use PH0 or PH1 screwdriver to ensure best fit with the screw heads. ”
