Great independent toy but
I’m really pleased with this item. My dog absolutely loves it. I love the fact that she can activate it herself and so can amuse herself independently. The only thing that I would change would be the sounds it makes because for me it resembles an animal in pain. If I could turn that off it would be amazing.

The supplier has advised the following for the JML Chuckle Chums Shark Dog Toy:
“ The battery goes into the battery compartment, which is located inside the ball.
Please find below the advice we have regarding the screw removal:
The screw does not need to be fully removed from the battery door. Loosen the screw until you find you can remove the battery door.
It’s recommended to use PH0 or PH1 screwdriver to ensure best fit with the screw heads. ”
