Chuckle chum more like frowny friend
I bought a chuckle chum because I saw them on the tv and thought “wow my dog would love something like that”. I buy it, the people i talk to are nice and my dog gets excited. It’s not got batteries, that’s’ okay! I grab my screwdriver and open the back and what do i find? the screw completely rounded off so i can’t unscrew it. Whether this is JML or chuckle chum and his family, i don’t know but either way not entirely happy and neither is the dog.

Great toy for energetic puppy
My mother-in-law's 6 month old puppy loves this toy. She'll play with it for hours on her own even when the batteries run out. By far the dogs favourite toy.

I purchased the dinosaur and the shark for my Yorkie Chelsea for christmas 2024,, there is a deep sunken screw that locks the 2 halves together, so you can insert the batteries in, that screw is nearly impossible to release. I still have one toy to attempt to open. it is a great interactive toy, my dog loves it, gives lots of fun and laughter.

“ The battery goes into the battery compartment, which is located inside the ball.
Please find below the advice we have regarding the screw removal:
The screw does not need to be fully removed from the battery door. Loosen the screw until you find you can remove the battery door.
It’s recommended to use PH0 or PH1 screwdriver to ensure best fit with the screw heads. ”
